Campanha para acesso `a TV Globo Internacional

A BCAAB juntamente com alguns membros contatou recentemente a Shaw Cable a respeito de trazer o sinal da TV Globo aos residentes em Alberta.
Recebemos como resposta: 		Campaign: Access to Globo International - a Brazilian TV Channel
The BCAAB along with some of its members recently contacted Shaw Cable requesting access in Alberta to the Globo International Brazilian TV Channel.
As response we received the following: 
"Thank you for your Network Request, at this time Shaw does not carry this network. We are unsure when additional channels will be added to our lineup.
Our decisions on channels to carry are made carefully with consideration to factors including: CRTC regulations, mass appeal of channels, past success of similar themed channels, success of channels in other markets, technical and business implications, etc. 
We appreciate you making your interests known to us. We have noted your request.
We suggest that you ask each individual interested in this station contact us as well. This will add to number of those interested and give us an idea of the demand for this station."
Assim estamos iniciando uma campanha intensiva neste mês de Março de comunicação `a Shaw Cable de nosso interesse em ter acesso a Globo Internacional aqui em Alberta. Caso você tenha interesse que isto aconteca pedimos sua participacao ativa, não somente manifestando formalmente este seu interesse diretamente a Shaw Cable, como também contatando mais pessoas que ache que pode ter interesse neste acesso, inclusive pessoas de outras comunidades como portuguesa, italiana, latina, africana.

 Therefore, we are iniciating an intensive campaign for during this month of March for everyone interested in accessing the TV Globo Channel to send a message to Shaw Cable and let them know about it. In case you are interested, please send your message to Shaw as well as make contact with everyone else you think might be interested in having this access, including people from other ethnic background such as portuguese, italian, latin-american, and african.

I’ve been a customer of Shaw TV for ____ years. I’ve learned that Globo International - a Brazilian TV Channel, originating in Brazil is now available in US, Africa, Japan and in Europe.

Globo International offers programs with very popular subjects such as news, interviews, sports, soap opera and children cultural program – Sitio do Picapau Amarelo -.

I hope that you will take advantage of the trend in the US and include this channel in your line up as soon as possible.

We would be very interested in subscribing to it right away.

I am writing to request that Globo International – a Brazilian TV Channel – be added to your television line up. You offer many good channels on wide variety of subjects, including others international channels, but none for the largest Brazilian- speaking population in our Community.

Globo International offers programs with very popular subjects such as news, interviews, sports, soap opera and children cultural program – Sitio do Picapau Amarelo -.
